Note:
Our clamping blocks 09060-2010 to 09060-2030 consist of a permanent system of magnets with narrow pole divisions, which acts on two or three surfaces (pole division 4 mm).
To clamp extremely thin steel pieces we recommend clamping block 09060-2040 with a fine pole division of 1.3 mm. The magnetic lifespan of the clamping blocks is unlimited under the conditions prevailing in industrial manufacturing.
Approximately half the height of the clamping blocks can be ground down or polished with no significant impairment of the adhesive force.
